Deck Seal

My name is Paul Wagstaff and I’ve been in the SEO industry for the last 15 years.

In that amount of time I’ve worked with over 896 businesses in Melbourne and have delivered concrete results every single time.

I’ve personally helped numerous businesses in Melbourne rank highly on search engines. So, whether you’ve set up shop as a tradie, running a accountancy practice, working in construction, you name it, I will give you the one on one attention you deserve. Simple plain advice that can get your business growing fast.

My only goal is to generate your business more enquiries and revenue. I live and breathe SEO which means I stay up to date on all of Googles algorithm updates. (They change them often!) This allows me to deliver great results for my clients using the latest strategies.

How my Local SEO Services Work

First, we’ll jump on a call to get a better understanding of what you’re looking to achieve. What keywords are your customers typing in to search engines to find services like yours? They are the keywords you want to focus your strategy on as will be a key determinant of your success.

Next, we’ll arrange a meeting in my office (or zoom call) where I’ll walk you through the options and what I believe to be the best plan of action to improve your rankings, and attract click throughs. We’ll also optimise your website to capture those leads when they arrive so you don’t miss an opportunity to convert.

Finally, we will personally work on a month to month basis to keep you ranked highly on search engines, ongoing. Search engine optimisation is not a one off activity. It requires consistent effort over a long period of time to keep building quality backlinks, optimising your website as Google’s algorithm changes and regular analysis and reporting back to you so you always know what’s going on.

Time to ‘level up’ your website for organic search and here is my promise to you:

  1. I will work hard to get quality traffic to your website
  2. I will improve your google rankings
  3. I will get your brand noticed
  4. I won’t do keyword stuffing
  5. I will only use quality backlinks
  6. I don’t use duplicate content
  7. I won’t use paid links or exchange links
  8. Fast loading of web pages is a given
  9. I will consistently fix broken links

Wheelers Hill was very likely named after James Wheeler, who was an early pioneer in the Dandenong region. James wedded Ellen Reilly nee Glynn in 1848 after the demise of her better half, Bernard. There was a five room house on a river that went down to the Dandenong Creek not far not far off from the Post Office. James had a conflict with Joseph Jell about slicing of trees which prompted the grounds being studied. James sold the land in 1854 and moved to Woodend.

Wheelers Hill was the last suburb of the now Monash City Council to be connected up to the power network. This is on account of, at the time, there was a debate between the Shire of Mulgrave and the Council of Waverley on whose suburb it was. The fundamental streets in Wheelers Hill were named after land proprietors and keep running along the limits of old plantations and ranches.

In Columbia Park on Jells Road, there are steps and a block plot showing where “Bellenden” residence once stood. This was a strong block home supposedly worked for W.D. Robertson, a resigned Melbourne dough puncher. It had a pinnacle which gave an instructing view towards the Dandenong Ranges. Amid World War II, the building was being used as a home for youngsters with childish loss of motion, at that point known as “spastic” babies. At the point when the moms were expected to take a shot at the homesteads left inactive by the men who had done battle, their unique needs indulges were thought about at Columbia Park. The house was involved by a family named Jungwirth post-war and was in remains when V.F.L Park was constructed close-by.
